this so upsettin

After a commendable show by Indian bowlers, India's top order batsmen once again failed to come good in the crucial game against Australia . In a virtual semi-final, Rahul Dravid's men lost by 18 runs and crashed out of the DLF Cup tournament . Chasing a target of 214, India managed only 195, aided largely by comeback man Dinesh Mongia's unbeaten 63. Australia will now play West Indies in the final on Sunday. Now what these people are going to do in the world cup....its quite upsetting for all the indian cricket fans.... n ya hey Yuvi get well soon...we miss u alot..

Yuvraj Singh-He's Awsome

style="FLOAT: right; MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 101px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 114px" height="110" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/4422/3406/320/yuv4.1.jpg" width="101" border="0" />
Name: Yuvraj Singh
Birth: December 12, 1981, Chandigarh
Current age: 24 years
Major Teams: India, Punjab,Yorkshire
Yuvraj is a left-handed batsman but can bowl part-time left-arm orthodox spin. He is regarded as being a better player of fast bowling than spin bowling, and cites the Indian Oil Cup 2005 as a turning point in his career. He is one of the better fielders in the Indian team, fielding primarily at point, with a good aim at the stumps. A report in late 2005 showed that since 1999, he was the fourth most prolific fielder in effecting ODI run outs, and of those on the list of prolific fielders, he had the second highest rate of affecting a run out. He was previously often characterized as having attitude problems , but now often assumes leadership positions whilst either captain Rahul Dravid or vice-captain Virender Sehwag are absent After the 2003 Cricket World Cup, Yuvraj was signed by the Yorkshire County cricket team, becoming only the second Indian after Tendulkar to represent the county
He did it!!!!
Yuvraj Singh has climbed up to the number one spot in ODI rankings; he stands at 117 points followed by Ramnaresh Sarwan with 113 points, and Jayasuriya and Dhoni.
He has now reached the top of the heap when it comes to being the best batsmen for India in Limited overs international. Although it’s sad that the first mention of an Indian is at the 4th in the list of the batsmen from all around the world.
Yuvraj scored 795 runs at a superb average of 61.15 from his last 17 ODI matches, which by any standards is an excellent return. He is in number 4th behind 3 Srilankan batsmen who have had a great England tour, Kumar Sangakarra, Mahela Jayewardene and Sanath Teran Jayasuriya.

despair

Walking in the rain,
Singing in the clouds,
It’s worthless
When you are not around,
When the tear in my eye
Rolls down the cheek
It reminds of the cascade that used to flow in the creek
When the leaves are falling down
It reminds me of the spring that had not last long
When I listen to the wind chimes
It reminds me of the tune
That you used to hum sometimes………
……….I waited in silence
I know it’s vain
However did it just to hear you, yet again
I am standing here still
Looking at the road
Which I know would bring lair
However only despair
I often get these dreams
Of your come back
And releasing me
From these inner screams
I wish I could elope from the face of the earth
From those
Who would never be able to bring back my mirth
From those
Who are asking me to live
In the end I will have nothing to give……..
………………But grief
nothing personal.....lol

Wahe Guruji da Khalsa.....Wahe Guruji di Fateh

Sukhmani Sahib
Gauree Sukhmani, Fifth Mehl,
Shalok:
One Universal Creator God. By The Grace Of The True Guru:
I bow to the Primal Guru.
I bow to the Guru of the ages.
I bow to the True Guru.
I bow to the Great, Divine Guru. 1
Ashtapadee:
Meditate, meditate, meditate in remembrance of Him, and find peace.
Worry and anguish shall be dispelled from your body.
Remember in praise the One who pervades the whole Universe.
His Name is chanted by countless people, in so many ways.
The Vedas, the Puraanas and the Simritees, the purest of utterances,
were created from the One Word of the Name of the Lord.
That one, in whose soul the One Lord dwells
- the praises of his glory cannot be recounted.
Those who yearn only for the blessing of Your Darshan
- Nanak: save me along with them! 1
Sukhmani: Peace of Mind, the Nectar of the Name of God.The minds of the devotees abide in a joyful peace.

SOMETHING THE LORD CREATED

Life would have been hard
It would have been very difficult to play your own part
The stage would have been a mess
If He would be up there taking rest
Living would have become a curse
Nothing would be worse
But to be alone…..
That would have made the world smother
Then He created
Mother and father
Mother, who takes you in your arms
When u feel doomed to failure
Father, who protects you from the lot
With all the valor
It’s when you are delighted
They are on cloud nine
And forgive you
Even when you acted akin to a swine
You cannot repay them
For if they weren’t there
You would have landed in a fen
They always get light into our lives
And save us from those damaging knives
For success, they’ve always been the key
They are my hero, that’s what I see.

MOM..DAD...I LOVE U SO MUCH

TERRIBLE:Exclusion of Kumble from One day Squad

This sucks!!!!Again da same thng which is unexpected frm the Selectors. The Indian team selectors have shown the way to pavilion for Kumble, the leading wicket taker for India in Tests. They should have selected him for Champion's trophy at least. Politics have been introduced in to selection process right from Kiran More's addition into the selection team. Dinesh Mongia never succeeded in the international matches has been taken into the team, nevertheless there is no need of batsmen in the team. Basically anybody is better than Mongia.I think Zaheer Khan would have been a better option or they could have taken Ganguly in since he is good with the bat as well as the ball. Anyway bad luck to Kumble and Ganguly. good luck to Mongia.
